Hey Everyone!

We're are a reformed guild of 49 members(as of 4/19/2009), almost 3 weeks old, and part of the new [SCAR] alliance looking for people who first and foremost, want to have fun, are team players, and are not elitists. We aim to be an elite PvE guild, focusing on all PvE activities including Speed Clears of many dungeons with our own members as well as our alliance.

Things we are looking for from potential members:
-->Minimum age of 18 Years Old. Maturity Comes young for some..and not for others.
-->Access to all campaigns in hard mode, Eye of the North included.If you do not have HM campaign access. Please make it a priority as a new member.
-->Ideally should have multiple characters(at least 2) available for elite PvE teams.
Common professions requested are Eles, Mesmers, Monks, Assassins, and Necros. PvE Eotn Skills are nice as well.
-->Vent is a necessity when doing organized speed clears. You will be required to use it at times, at least for listening to instructions.

We are looking for experienced players, not just the guys who have done it all. While we appreciate having as many such players as we can, having competent people in our guild willing to put in the time to develop their characters and learn is our goal. Being able to follow instructions and take responsibility for your mistakes are ESSENTIAL personality traits. The desire to improve and become reliable contributers to guild and alliance teams are our focus when recruiting. If you have no sense of humor or teamwork, or take instruction, we are probably not the guild for you.

Our goal is not to max out our member list, but to focus on quality over quantity. Members will be granted Officer status based on experience and professionalism, and of course, availability. In addition, the structure of our guild is a little different as well. Only the most trusted and oldest officers share guild leader account access and responsibilities not only to make sure we always have a Guild Leader online, but also so members are more respectful to one another as well as our alliance at all times.

If you do not have characters in place for DoA, Froggy, etc., but aim to work on tat, please let us know in your application. While we make that a condition of your member status, we can also help you to get the necessary skills/campaign access/training.
