Banished Dragons [BaD] was formed at the beginning of February 2008 by several people, most of who have been playing online games together for well over 2 years. Based on the fact that all of us want the same out of a guild, we felt we had the right ingredients to make a very special guild, where people can meet and make new online friends. Sadly as the game has aged, we have recently lost some members, who have moved onto other games or just wanted a change of scenery

. However, we still have many friendly people who have proven to be very loyal over the months and we owe it to them to rebuild our great guild to get it back to the level it once was. Though most of us have been together for considerable time now, we are a very easy bunch to fit in with and you should find yourself feeling at home very quickly.

We are currently actively recruiting and our numbers are increasing daily, though we are quite particular about who we invite. Obviously no-one likes to see leavers, so we take the time to speak to potential new members to ensure that we suit each other.

A unique aspect of this guild is that, as it was created and is run by a group of us, each week the leadership changes. This means that each week the cape could change so there is little chance of you getting bored with the same cape for months on end.

ABOUT THE GUILD

[BaD] is a Kurzick PvE guild with over 40 members who’s ages range from 16-40+. Whilst most of our members are European, we also have a one or two members from American and New Zealand. Since most of our members have been playing Guild Wars for over a year, with some playing since its release, we have a wealth of experience wrapped up in the guild and people are very helpful. Our guild hall is Meditation Isle and is fully upgraded. We are also part of a large international 9 guild alliance who have are incredibly friendly and have been very supportive of us whilst we rebuild. They have daily events and anyone in the alliance is able to sign up. At times there could be 3 teams visiting the same area at once as these events prove very popular.

We are currently looking for PvE players who enjoy a bit of AB. We do have some members who are interested in PvP and would not be opposed to anyone organsing PvP events, though at present, all events are PvE based. We have a forum, where all new members will be encouraged to register and participate, infact we feel that being part of the forum gives members a better chance to get to know fellow guildies, and it is also where guild events are organised. During the week there are often events on which could range from Zquests, FoW, UW, dungeons, vanquishing, DoA, The Deep, Urgoz, Tombs, SF, basically anything that is requested, can be arranged. We also have many people working on titles, so you will often find people trying to find teams for HM missions, vanquishes etc. We are keen to get all guildies participating in and suggesting ideas for future events.

GUILD RULES

Everyone will be expected to adhere to some simple, common sense guild rules which are explained in detail in our forum. We do understand that real life comes first, but in order to keep the guild active, we will be removing members who are over 2 weeks inactive with giving notification.
