Mystic Spiral [MYST] is an established Luxon Guild which was founded in May 2006. The majority of our members are European, but we draw membership from Africa, Australasia and North America. The Guild’s language is English and we use GMT as the main timezone. We are seeking to increase the activity within the Guild Wars side of our community.

Starting life as a Social but PvE focussed Guild, MYST’s interests are continually changing to match the desires and aspirations of its members. Our members are seasoned PvE title hunters on all levels, with a variety of interests. Our uniting feature is our desire to get to know the people behind the characters, to form friendships, and reap the benefits of teamwork no matter the application of our skills. PvP opportunities are available to those wishing to get advice and casual experience (GvG & HA). MYST currently has around 40 members within Guild Wars and 70 community members (all of which have been Guild Wars players). MYST leads an 8 Guild Alliance and we are seeking to increase that number. Weekly events are organised by Guilds within the Alliance, and also ad hoc by members.

As many of our members have been involved in Guild Wars for a long time, some have moved on from the game in recent months. However they do not wish to leave the community that has been created, so we have branched out into other games. Regular Left 4 Dead games take place on our private server, whilst the Guild also owns private Unreal Tournament server. We stay in contact through our active Forum and Ventrilo server, and use XFire and Steam Groups to follow each other across games.

Most of all MYST is a Guild that you get as much out of as you put in. We strive to create a friendly, relaxed and fun/random atmostphere where all have an equal opportunity within the limits of whatever game we are enjoying. If you are seeking a highly structured and hugely active Guild/Alliance, you're best to look elsewhere (approx 1/3 are online daily). We ask that potential members be aged 16+, be able to communicate in English, be reasonably mature and outgoing (ie not silent). There are no faction requirements (ever), and players with all backgrounds are welcome.
