If your looking for a guild/alliance that will ACTUALLY do something together please read the following:

-Especialized on Balanced teams.
-Midle-sized guild with quality active members.
-Daily teams usually every night for elite areas.
-Nightly playing times (East USA -5GMT).
-No "Blame game".
-Relaxed and laid back.
-Non elitest players.
-Vacation / Just time away from guild wars is respected just tell us before hand.
-Open minded / Non narrow minded.
-HA groups.
-Guild team efforts.

We're known for running balanced teams involving ANY profession for elite HM missions like DoA/Urgoz/FoW/Deep/Slavers and so on.
If you like trying new builds and playing any character you want on any Elite missions,this is the guild you're looking for.
We expect players to have a good understanding of the game mechanics.
Accepting constructive criticism and suggestions is also a REQUIREMENT on our guild,if we say something about your builds,its because we care about our groups running smooth through any areas.

Our groups are always Tweakeable,we do not require you to have R10+,especific professions and strict builds to group with us,but being flexible with builds(Most elites capped,most skills unlocked etc) will help.
We also run diferent team builds (Paraway,Petway etc) making them effective and fast.

We also want members to get involved.We want you to get on ventrilo,know who are the officers,what we run,show interest in joinning the groups.

Requirements:
-Ventrilo is required,a microphone isn't necessary(although its much better if you have one).
-Non elitest players.
-All campaigns completed.
-Active player willing to join groups(what is the point of joining if you don't do anything,don't get on ventrilo,etc?).
-Ages 17+ only.
-Mature/respectful players(everyone enjoys a good joke,but don't cross the line).

Our requirements are high because we want folks who will appeciate us as we do for them. We are a laid back guild fun to play with and enjoy a good joke. We don't want elitest people in our guild and perhaps even ruining what we have. We do not allow bots, hacks, scamming or cheating in our guild. We support a guild team effect vs. a solo only.

We're currently in Legion Of Doom[LOD] Alliance,an american High-End PvE alliance.
