Default We Rank Spike Your Dragon With [Deer] LF R6+

[Deer] is a brand new HA guild started by a small group of friends.
Just to give you a bit of background on us:
We were originally part of WOLF, then we moved to Cheese For The [Win] where we won our first halls, then we became Zombie Moomins [Dead] and now we've taken the active and core members to [Deer].
Requirements:
-Vent, Mic and fluent English speaking. It doesn't need to be your first language but we need you to understand us and we need to understand you.
-Rank 6+ Hero. We may accept other pvp titles in special circumstances, but we need to know you're fairly experienced in HA.
-Being able to play during roughly 7pm GMT onwards to 2am GMT. (It's easier to use those time zone conversions because everyone recognises GMT)
-People who are eager to listen, improve, take and give constructive criticism. We do not accept elitists, ragers or people who flame. We also do not flame in local chat when HAing - we respect other teams and hope that they would respect us.
