General [KISS] Rules:

1. Players MUST obey the Guild Wars Rules of Conduct at all times.
2. Members of [KISS] should be respectful of neighboring alliances, guilds, and general players within the Guild Wars community. If a [KISS] member is seen to be disrespectful or threatening towards another alliance or guild in the Guild Wars community, serious action will be taken against that member.
3. Our Members should be mindful that each of us represent the alliance when we wear the [KISS] tag. We don't declare war on alliances or guilds in the Guild Wars community, and this kind of behavior will not be tolerated.
4. We are a global Alliance but we ask you to respect that the commonly understood language in the [KISS] Alliance is English and as such only English should be used in Guild or Alliance chat
5. Please make the time to help and support your fellow [KISS] members, whenever you can.
6. Be respectful of other people's opinions. Your own opinion is not the only one that matters, even if you think you are right!
7. Game account trading (in Guild/Alliance chat and Forums will not be tolerated. It is specifically disallowed by the Guild Wars Rules of Conduct (follow the link in rule no. 1 above, and look to item 10 on the official GW rules page.)
8. Scamming of [KISS] members or scamming by [KISS] members off other players in the Guild Wars community will not be tolerated in any shape or form.
9. Members are encouraged to use our Ventrilo server. Ask an officer for details & please abide by the vent rules below.
10. We promote officers from the member community when a place is available. Members are chosen on merit by the management team, please do not ask for promotion as it will not be given and may damage your chance of being promoted in the future!
Although.. You can now recommend a potential friend or member.

Specific Forum Rules:

1. Members must obey all of the General [KISS] Rules listed above while posting on our forums.
2. No neffing, bumping or double posting in the forums. All of these are seen as an attempt to keep your topic current in the list and will be removed.
3. No swearing or offensive language.
4. Please stay on topic in each thread. Random chatter posts that are off topic are likely to be 'cleaned' from time to time.
5. If you see a post or thread that you feel should be reported, please use the "Send Report" button located at the top right hand side of the post. Doing so will raise an automatic request to all moderators to review the post.

Specific Rules for Alliance Chat:

1. Members must obey all of the General [KISS] Rules listed above while using Alliance Chat.
2. Requests for help with quests, builds, and price checks are allowed in moderation.
3. There is no spam allowed! We consider spamming to be repeating the same request (including re-worded requests) more than once in any Three minute period.
4. Members may only offer items to buy/sell ONCE.
5. Repetitive use of CAPS is not allowed.
6. No "noob" calling or personal insults.
7. No racist/sexist/anti-gay or other bigatory comments will be tolerated.
8. No swearing/bad language.
9. No threatening, disrespectful or aggressive behavior to Alliance members.
10. Members must keep personal arguments out of Alliance Chat at all times. If you find yourself in an argument in Alliance Chat that you cannot solve, contact a Guild Leader, Guild Manager or Alliance Manager to help you deal with it. Do NOT continue the argument in Alliance Chat.
11. Don't be seen to encourage other peoples arguments. Even if you didn't start it, you could be held responsible if you are seen to escalate the situation.

Specific Rules for Ventrilo:

1. Members must obey all of the General [KISS][SiCK] Rules listed above while using Ventrilo.
2. Upon your first time connecting to ventrilo please create a usable login name in this format: Name/Age/Contactable character.
3. Using phantoms or multi-venting is not allowed unless expressly authorized by a Ventrilo officer.
4. Please use the various chat rooms as appropriate to their use (e.g. use the Dungeons channel for Dungeons)
5. Nuisance noises or music in public channels will not be tolerated.
6. If there is a comment on a room stating DO NOT ENTER please take that into consideration.(e.g Private Channels)
7. Respect every single member of Ventrilo.
8. We Reserve the Right to offer admin to people if required. Do not ask for this privilige.

Officer Rules within their guild:

1. No officer is to be promoted by another officer.
2. No officer is to be promoted Before a minimum of 3-4 weeks of pure activity."unless the person has been in the alliance along time"
3. All officers MUST use Ventrilo and be highly active on the Ventrilo.
4. Before you promote a new officer, talk with your Current Officers, and Alliance managers to make sure everyone agrees.
5. DO NOT promote an officer on the basis of how much faction or gold they donate to the guild, and or alliance.
6. DO NOT promote your "friends" as officers unless they meet the following criteria and go through the screening process.
7. Requests for action by the guild Manager, Alliance Managers & the Alliance leader must be carried out immediately
