[Out] is a 6 month old guild focused on High End PVE and getting players ready for Guild Wars 2 by helping other work on their Hall of Monuments and titles. We like to take a more balanced approach to our runs so that more members can join without having the specific builds usually required in Speed Clears. Plus it allows members to clear areas on their main character to add them to their Hall of Monuments. Not to say that we don't do Speed Clears, we just don't focus on them.

In [Out], members are free to setup events and schedule runs when they want, that's what the forum is for. If you want to do something with others either schedule it, or if there's enough people online, shout out to them and group up. The game is much more enjoyable when playing with others. We also try to use Ventrilo as much as possible since it makes communicating with other much easier. We're also in the middle of setting up a weekly schedule of events so that members can enjoy a weekly Vanquish, skill capping night, or HM Dungeon.

As a guild we like to bring a friendly, welcoming, and caring environment to all members. It is our mission to have FUN and keep in mind that it is only a game. We ask that you be considerate of all guild members regardless of race, age, social status, lack of crazy amazing 12 meg internets that never lags. In [Out] we like to maintain a good standing relationship with the general population of Guild Wars. Respect should not only be given to guildies and alliance members but also to pugs and other outsiders. We have a No Spamming rule and enforce it. If you need something ask for it, don't beg, nag, pester, or demand. We do no tolerate rage quitting and immature behavior in anyway shape or form.

~ Members that are going to get involved with the guild.
~ Members that are willing to take initiative and schedule runs.
~ Members that have knowledge of High End PvE areas and can use multiple professions proficiently.
~ Members that are going to use our Guild Site.

Requirements:
~ Vent is required and working mic would be nice.
~ Age 18+ Mature Member (no drama queens).
~ A Knowledge of HM and High End areas.
~ Activity on Guild Forums.
~ Participation in Guild Activities on a Regular Basis.
