Introduction
Pirates of the Searing [YoHo], a Luxon guild, was created September 29th 2006. A mainly European guild that does however include American and Australian players was created by a group of friends; the guild grew up being rather close-knit even when it exceeded 90 members. On December 10th 2007, YoHo was awarded Guild Of The Week by ArenaNet on GuildWars.com!

Members of YoHo enjoy a calm environment with the occasional joke being shared now and then. We are very helpful and enjoy events like dungeons, elite areas and hard mode. No one feels like they are forced into anything, there is a relaxed atmosphere shared between the fellow members who range from people who have recently started their Guild Wars adventure to those who have been playing since BETA testing. Our current activity level is about 20 to 30 people online daily out of a total of around 75.

We generally stick to PvE , but many of our members enjoy fighting the Kurzicks to gain some faction! Also we enjoy the odd spot of HA,TA and other PvP activities when member interest is shown.

The Issue
Pirates of the Searing [YoHo] has decided to look for willing players, alliances or guilds to unite with. Recent issues regarding other guilds’ time zone and peak activity period that does not coincide with that of ours has lead to our new search.
We are looking for guilds or an alliance that shares the same interests. Preferably it would be good to join European guilds as there are less time issues. We would like to be with active guilds so that there are many different events and activities that we could do as an alliance. Our guild is also trying to become very forum orientated in order to establish a more mature member base where we can organise events and get feedback from our members.
