Are you currently looking for an active guild where you can feel like your genuinely part of the community which in turn you can contribute to? Well, The Imperial Guards alliance is currently recruiting active members?

So, who are The Imperial Guards?

The Imperial Guards are a 10 guild alliance (made up of all TIG guilds) which contains over 900+ members.
We also are an international guild with members from all continents (although it is worth noting that we play mainly on European and American time-zones)
We are also Luxon and usually maintain about 7 million faction, so currently own a town (which last time I checked was the Harvest Temple).
We have been around for over 4 years now and are recognized throughout the community, including by Anet who have previously chosen us as guild of the week.
We have sponsored events such as 'Honouring the Hunters Moon', which you can read more about here, as well as hosting Canthan New Year districts.

What do you do as a guild?

We participate in all aspects of the game and try to give our members as good an experience of the game as we possibly can.
We regularly have teams for high end areas going and also do regular speed clears (mainly of Fissure of Woe, although there are also plans for DoA trenchway and UWsc teams).
We also offer PvP, with regular teams for Heroes Ascent etc. (To participate in PvP however it is required that you have Ventrilo) as well as weekly Guild Vs Guild in some guilds.
We also do our best to help newer members and will try and help with missions etc as best we can as well.

So, what are the requirements to join?

There are no requirements for joining. However you must abide by the alliance rules; ie no swearing, no insulting others etc.
Activity; it is important that you try and be as active as possible, and if you are going to be offline for an extended period of time we are informed that you will be away. The activity requirements will vary however from the different guilds in the alliance.
Forums: We prefer our members to try and use the forums as much as they possibly can. This means it is much easier to communicate and it is easier to stay up to date with the goings on in the guilds.
