Hey folks. I am here to recruit for our guild Nocturne Reborn [NR]. It is a new guild but it's core members and principles are based off our old guild Nocturnes Dream [ND], that dates back to 2005. Most of the members left the game ~2008 but a few of us have come back to work on our Hall of Monuments and play GW1 while we wait for GW2. The new guild was created to get previous members that have come back to GW1 together and organized, and to build our community with new members. We also fully plan on bringing the guild over to GW2 once it is released.

We enjoy casual pve and pvp. Some of us have finished what we want to of our HoM so we are more than happy to help others with theirs. We do not currently do speed runs or gvg but it is something we would like to learn to do with new members. Anything we do together is for fun, we do things because we enjoy playing together and talking on ts, not for money, faction, or inflating ego's.

We have events on a regular basis, elite pve areas, pvp, whatever people are interested in doing. A lot of times this will correspond with a Zaishen quest or a double weekend. Any member of the guild can make an event so long as it doesn’t conflict with an existing event and it is posted a week in advance. Our leadership makes sure there are regular events and that they run smoothly. Participation in events is never mandatory.

Currently the guild is just eight members, which is why we are looking to expand to ~20-30. We believe a small tight knit guild is more fun and interesting than a large guild. We are not currently a member of any alliance but I am looking into that and it is something that will only get easier as we add more to our ranks. Currently our guild is Kurzick. We do not care about your experience level or what classes you run. For our guild there are just a few things you need:

Common Sense
A sense of humor
Be able to take constructive criticism and a desire to improve (We believe there is always room to improve and always new things to learn).
Active at least once a week, if your going to be gone for longer that is fine so long as we know beforehand.

Since our first post here we have gotten a few new members, now up to eight members but we want many more. We have had successful AB and UW events already these past couple of weekends. We will be doing FoW this weekend.
