No Goats No Glory [BAAA] recruiting!

Euro gvg guild needs more players IN after too many have gone OUT to get daily gvgs. We play all sorts of builds, but mostly pressure or split. We are only as good as our current lineup says, meaning rank will bounce between 600 and 100.

We:
- Criticise mistakes
- But don't flame or rage
- Are active
- Have good micro
- And lots of experience
- Don't care about pve, titles, hom or minipets
- Don't care about how much weed you smoke, how many girls you have RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOed or how awesome you were at GW back in the day
- Run metabuilds
- Run original builds (that fail?)
- Don't care about rank or rating
- Sometimes employ unorthodox tactics aka Shark Tactics (not to be confused with Anaconda Tactics)

You:
- Calm
- Polite
- Mature
- Have some gvg exp
- Run what you are told
- Don't whine
- Are allowed to speak your mind
- Don't think you are top10 material in disguise
- Want to improve individually
- Want to improve as a team
- Want to have fun
- Want to help others have fun
- Can speak on vent
- But don't flame, cry, sigh or yell on vent
- Vocal in game about vital things (dives, rupts, splits, flags, blocks etc)
- Can handle wins over time without inflated ego
- Can handle losses over time without professional help
- Don't whine about build choice
- Are active
- Show up in time for gvgs
- Don't ignore gc when asked if you can play. (Saying "no" is perfectly fine)
- Can take advice
- Can give advice
- Don't get your knickers in a knot over not getting bronze trim in mAT
- Are able to play an entire AT or mAT without being consumed by rage
- Want to build something over time
- Don't guildhop often
- Have a mental age of 25-55
- Think that this list of requirements is obvious and easy to meet

We seem to need players for all positions but it would be extra nice with a front that can call spikes and someone willing to run that flag and pertekt our base. Hope you find some of this interesting and don't hesitate to contact me to ask questions or have a chat.
