About Us:

ESP is a guild which has been steadily active within Guild Wars for over seven years. After racking up numerous awards and accomplishments, including 'Guild of the Week' as recognized by Arenanet on Nov 28th, 2006, we are now preparing for our entrance into the long-awaited sequel -- Guild Wars 2

We are a social guild, meaning that our primary focus is upon on our members and the sense of community that we share together. We seek to explore every angle and all aspects of the game . . . and always aim to always have a damned good time while doing so. To help facilitate the level of activity and interaction among members that we seek, we run our own highly-customized guild forums and encourage people to utilize our ventrilo server.

ESP is known for hosting a wide range of events, which may include weekly dungeon adventure groups, scavenger hunts, PvP tournaments; and we also like to try the unusual and unexpected, utilizing our resources and the creativity of our members to design events that you will not see anywhere else. As a member of ESP you are part of a team where we are all on equal footing, regardless of your experience in the game or background, and every voice is heard. We view Guild Wars 2 as an exciting new game that will only open up the pallette of possibilities for our guild.

In short, we are one of the longest-running guilds in Guild Wars, we are more than ready for the leap to Guild Wars 2, and we are different (we survive on crumpets, pants, vodka and revere the noble platypus).

Member Requirements:

We are an 18+ Guild. Aside from that, when we review prospective new members we look for people who are friendly, easy-going, and who have a strong willingness to interact and take part in activities us. Being fun and desiring to stick with us for the long term is more important that being uber-skilled or being able to log tons of hours in-game every day.

Since we are a large and active GW1 Guild we will keep our original guild and alliance in place even after the release of Guild Wars 2. Our primary focus will be switching to Guild Wars 2 once that game is released, but we are able to accept new members who are interested in playing either or both games with us.

Our player base is international -- boasting members from every continent (except for Antarctica) -- so people from anywhere in the world are encouraged to come find a new home with us, a home where you can find people to interact with no matter where you are from.

Please understand that we are careful about who we allow into the guild and we will likely want to get to know you a little bit before actually issuing an invite -- both for your benefit, to help ensure that our guild is truly fit for your needs, and for ours to make sure that all of the new members that we bring in are able to interact well with our current group.
