Default Where's the quest that springs you up to 20?

Just curious, Where is this quest?

in the desert and chances are you will be 20 before you have completed it

It's called the Ascension and you start out from Augury Rock and you'll have to do 3 quests. Then you head back to Augury Rock and talk to the ghostly person for your Ascension quest. Won't say anymore in fear of giving away spoilers.
