Heya all,

Have this quest where I'm supposed to go out into old ascalon and find the ruins of an old citadel and clear the scavengers out of them. I got there and found a NPC with a exclamation point over his head. Talked to him and he wasn't too friendly then got killed by a boss and his mob while scouting the surrounding area.

What scavengers exactly am I supposed to clear out here?

You clear out the NPC. If I remember correctly the conversation thread with him is the one about him helping clean out the scavengers. He'll decide it's too much work and take off.

Thanks Auntie I. I thought I had gone through the whole conversation thread with him, but perhaps I missed something, or it has to be in a certain order. I'll head back there and see if I can get it to work. I think he was a Level 10 NPC, so I wasn't too thrilled about the prospect of fighting him.

Went back and found the one piece of the conversation thread I missed before. Thanks for the help.
