Captain Osric's Quest
I had just finished the pre-searing stuff, and killed that named Charr. Right after the cutscene theres a guy on the road named Captain Osric. He has a quest for you, and I was reading it over when my group member ran into town and made me load it with him. I wasnt able to accept the quest, but I took a screenshot of it.
We returned back outside to where he was, but hes not there, and I have no quest...I'm at a loss here. Heres the screenshot of the quest...Im wondering if theres any way to get it, or if any dev's read this could you help somehow?

Can someone tell me something about this quest? Is it a major quest, does it continue after talking to Tydus, am I missing something major here? Is there storyline involved in this?
I want to know if I need to remake my character because I missed a critical quest...I just cant believe such a bug/error/mishap whatever you want to call it exists. |

The King's Message is the first quest from Tydus, most likely you probably have to do that quest before you'll be able to do anything else from him
