he is in a different zone than you are.
when you are in the same zone the arrow will pop up and then you will sort of find him....

Regant River Valley (or something like that). Its in the southern part of post-searing Ascalon. Good starting point is Fort Ranik (that's the southern Ascalon mission, right?)

If i remember rightly he is near kings reach? So Ascalon city or Fort Ranik are both good starting points.

Note: In Yaks bend the Brawler henchman definately has a similar if not exactly the same name - can not remember right now.

Yes, there is a brawler henchman starting in yaks named little thom. If you think back to pre-sear quests, you might recognize some of the other henchmen names as well

heh, couple of the pre-sear farmers hang out in pikens square post-sear as well.

When you start at Fort Ranik the arrow to Little Thom will appear. It's a good idea to have the Regent Valley Defense quest too. Little Tom is just behind the goal of that mission.

you've made a red cape in pre-sear for little thom ;-) (if you have done the quest)

you will find many npcs like the old mac which was a farmer.... if you are a messner and you've killed the bull he will apear and give you a quest for a devour egg.

in post- you'll find him against in a quest (from piken square) where he is a war, with a devour pet called joe...

look out you'll find many others aswell

easiest place to start from is the sanitarium, you'll get an arrow from there and it's closed
