Hello there!
It seems as if the collectors offered different parts of equipment to different classes. Well - I'm a primary Mesmer and just got myself:

Stylish Attire (AL 51)
Stylish Boots (AL 51)

I think I got them for Meguuma Manes and Tangled Seeds.

As you might guess I'm still looking for the gloves and the hose. (I'm not interested in the mask).

Where are those last 2 collectors and what items do I need to get the AL 51 armor?

I still got 5 Tangled Seeds, 4 Ancient Eyes and 2 Thorny Carpaces - willing to trade if someone's interested (and if I don't need the items). (European servers)

Ah! One last thing - could you tell me in what region I'll be able to hunt the monsters that drop the above-mentioned items? Just the region - I'll find them myself when it comes to the specific locations.

P.S. Hmmmm - just browsed some crafting/collectors DB - am I right that I'll need 5 White Mantle Emblems for the Hose and 5 Ebon Spider Legs for the Gloves?

Update:
Got the Gloves but the White Mantle Emblem Collector doesn't give a Hose! He gives an Attire! Where are those pants? Help me!

Try outside Sanctum Cay. Collector named Jamor the Wise takes 5 Glowing hearts (from fire imps). For my monk, the AR is only 39, but it might be the one you need for your armor.

There is a whole batch of AR60 collector's armor once you get to the desert too. I'm guessing it's AR60. I don't have a high level mesmer yet.

Hmmm - AL 39 is an armor of a lower level than the one I seek.
I know there's one collector in The Falls AND I know that he's called Slayton Redblade AND I know that he's taking Tangled Seeds as payment.
Nevertheless I don't know what he is offering. The Falls are a huge area and I don't know his exact location.
The Maguuma Spiders also give one hell of a fight when travelling with Henchmen and I won't find a party willing to go along with me just to find one stupid collector. The Falls don't have much to offer otherwise AFAIK.
I would try harder to reach the collector if I was SURE that he'll give me the right item. My collector's list says he gives Soldier's Helms to warriors - well - it could be ANYTHING he would give to a mesmer.
The last guy I checked was said to deliver Ringmail Hauberks, yet he only offered me an Imposing Mask...
Meanwhile I've crafted myself a 45 AL Hose so I guess it'll have to do till I reach the Amnoon Oasis where I can craft better armor. This will be the last armor before AL 60 for me. =) And @ AL 60 it'll be a Rogue's Set, not the Stylish one - no wonder as I'm going for an IW build.

There are four collectors who give armor in The Falls. Two of them offered my ranger leggings, but only one offered it to my warrior. They are west of Dark Oak, near the centre/bottom of the map. Names are Lloudres the Arcane and Meghan the Bright.
