Marhan's Grotto, The Granite Citadel, and the forge in The Underworld all have various 15K armors available.

i think you will find Marhans Grotto from thunderhead keep, go out the gate stroll past the ice imps and ya there

have to ask......

is there any difference between the armor from Marhan's Grotto, The Granite Citadel, and the forge in The Underworld ?? if no, why people go in the underworld then? ( i guess there is something else here? ^^ )

and by difference im talking bout the look, since its the same armor than droknar but better look.
