Unless they give other rewards besides exp it just doesn't seem worth it. Getting that 5,000 from the first UW quest is already easy enough to run a few times to get those extra skill points.

New areas will at least be a change of scenary.

Ignore the red path going in a circle, that was me running the wrong way for the other quest. New quest is at (player) marker.
