Default My Mo/E Build Types

I wanted to have a nice solo Monk, that could take lots of damage while healing himself (Oh, I love my Healing Breeze) and could dish it out both in PvE and PvP

Well, here it is.

Essentially, 10 on Divine Favor, Healing Prayers, and on Fire spells. Then 11 on whichever looks good to you. I prefer better Healing Prayers.

I've completely replaced all Smiting skills with Area of Effect fire skills, with Flare to take down selected targets. This build is so far only lvl 13, so later on you would likely replace Flare with something better and just as spammable.

Meanwhile, high Divine Favor allows him to use a high-damage Monk staff, so that his regular attack actually has some utility.

For PvP, simply replace his Fire spells with Air spells, and you're good to go.

That would pretty much require that you create two Mo/E's, or just use your PvP player spot to create the Air spell monk. Fire spells are of limited use in PvP, so you would definitely want to replace them with Air.

At the moment, low level as I am, I find that Orison of Healing, Healing Breeze, and Restore Life work fine for my healing set. Clever use of the Orison and Breeze let me do pretty much all the healing I need to do, and gives me five open slots for a diverse set of Fire spells.

The Fire spells I use are Flare, Fire Storm, Meter Shower, Pheonix and Lava Font. This gives many options for taking out mobs, and Pheonix is nice for taking down single or grouped melee attackers that are bothering you, especially when coupled with Lava Font.

Meteor Shower takes lots of mana, but is great for taking the heck down a single tough mob.

I haven't yet gotten to expirament with a similar build using Air spells, but I'll check back when I have. This build is best in PvE, and is excellent for party work, so really the Air variant is just a way to make a PvE build viable for PvP. It would work, though. Especially with Chain Lightning.

Egad, whupps, looks like I posted this in the wrong section.

I'm terribly sorry, how do I move it? Can a mod do it for me?
