Is this crafter supposed to have anything?
Stumbled across this guy outside of Fishermen's Haven I think it was.. anyways is he supposed to have anything to craft or is it just a bug?

he has elementalist armours, been there with my elementalist and there are a variety of sets to craft from. forgot what the ratings were, but i think they are better than hendge of denravi or looked different.

You can get armor with 57 AL as a monk there, I believe.

There is no armor in Stingray Strand for Rangers or Warriors, that's why he has nothing for you. Other classes can find armor that's 3 less than their Max armor.
