i farmed uw pretty intensely and NO CRYSTALLINE.
sucks but the probability can be like 1/200000000 so its not a proof... and ive never seen a crystalline drop in hoh either >.< you can get the pathetic one from devona in presearing tho and then pretend its max dmg

you can also get the fake long sword one as smurfhunter mentioned from the ruins of surmia quest
