Talking can't get rid of that darn honey comb!

i meant the quest...

i mean, i did what the farmer told me, i transferred the honey comb to the target location, dropped it, picked it up again, dropped it again but nothing happened...
i know the 'quest target indicator' on the minimap is supposed to change locations but no... y'know?

i even did the quest over again but it was still the same...
i saw a friend of mine finish the quest almost instantly...
why can't i? something i did? didn't do? or is this karma for stealing candy from my little brother?

i know this is just a side-quest but still, i can't sleep thinking that there's this one simple quest i couldn't finish...

helpies?

you need the 3 sets of bees to follow you when you carry the comb

2 sets of bees are right next to the honey comb and 1 is down by the water.... if in doubt hold down "alt" and scan around and they will show up

I have always just picked up the honeycomb, ran it across bridge, dropped it and ran back to talk to (can't remember his name). I have done it many times without knowing the bees didn't just all follow you automatically.

well I think it got more difficult lately... or luck of the pickup? But I'm seeing hogs and rabbits pre-searing now I never saw before. Even moss spiders. Of course I don't have my ranger in pre-searing anymore... so I have no idea if they are charmable.

I didn't even read the quest saying i had to have 3 sets of bees. I picked it up and moved it across the bridge. Hah.
