I don't how useful a hex remover/condition mender would be. Two seconds after you're healed you are suddenly Bleeding, Poisoned, Slowed, Empathy'd, Conjure Phantasm'd, and so on...

Thats usually what I do but if I'm the only healing monk then my reload time with Smite Hex is annoyingly slow.
I go with Mend Condition, Smite Hex, Remove Hex & Dwayna's Kiss, Mend Condition also heals a fair bit, not huge but still a nice bonus sometimes.

To the poster above who said the conditions in SF dont warrant such measures I say "try healing against them", talk about being drained of energy (and the afflicted of life) in a hurry.

Thats where Dwayna's Kiss comes in, every condition adds healing to it, follow it by Mend Condition and hex remover spells and I can restore 2-300 health in a few seconds for the cost of 10 energy total.

Dwayna's doesn't trigger on conditions. Only enchantments and hexes. So 200-300 is exaggerated. From 100 up to a max. of 200 (including DF bonus) is entirely possible though.

A bit more hex removal than usual is a good idea for SF, they are indeed running wild with the hexes down there. Regarding conditions - I didn't have the feeling they were used more than anywhere else, so I don't think you've got to bring somebody dedicated on it (Martyr). I'd bring a necro in though, those wells can be very annoying in narrow places, so you'd better use the corpses yourself.

all I simply did was run Mend ailment/Smite Hex on my Strength/Hammer/Smiting W/Mo.

That will usually put stop to being hit by most Hexes and conditions.

-Edit-
I always get Mend Conditions and mend Ailment confused with eachother.

When I first got into Grenth's, I think I spammed Mend Condition most of the time, it was crazy. Good thing it is only 5 energy, or the protection monks would be in trouble.

Yeah, just removing the hexes and conditions themselves isn't enough, you've got to do that AND create some sort of side effect for either the baddies or your guys. Mend Ailments is nice and always welcome for removing things like blind and poison(which DOES hurt, especially blind on a warrior), but you probably don't need to go totally nuts with it. For hexes, smite/shatter hex would be GREAT for knocking out a hex and doing some good damage too. Sure the hex will be back in a few seconds anyways, but at least for the moment it's gone and like I said, you've just landed some solid damage besides. Even Inspired Hex would be handy for throwing some of those hexes back at the enemy. But just Remove Hex alone won't cut it, there's just waaaay too many hexes being thrown around to keep up with even half of them.

I ended up going in with Draw Conditions, Smite Hex and Remove Hex and found myself spamming those 3 spells as fast as they recharged. I tried using Mend Condition/Mend Ailment but found that with condition stacking, I could not even "clean" a single player. At least with Draw Conditions I could keep the party fairly clean and heal myself a little bit with each cast as well. I don't know that the hex removal was very useful but even with 0 smiting, it was nice to see some yellow -16's floating up whenever I used it.
