I know someone who uses a W/R to farm Grenths, and they are able to deal tremendous amounts of damage, and when farming with henchies, this comes in very, very handy.

Does anyone have a build that will allow me to soak up damage and also deal tremendous amounts of damage?

Axe Warrior:

Tiger's Fury
Eviscerate
Executioner's Strike
Penetrating Blow

etc... Don't use Frenzy, because you want to soak up damage. Cyclone axe + a zealous haft might be a wise choice, both for adrenaline charging and energy charging.

melandrus resilience is what i use in pvp for tanking, but not sure if the stone summit put out nough hexes to make it useful : /

Heres my build, altered from my normal PvP w/r axe to remove conditions that would normally be passed back to me via plague touch:

distracting blow
disrupting chop
cleave
penetrating blow
executioner's strike
defensive stance
tigers fury
res sig

this way, I do all pure damage without conditions (the gnashers spam plague touch). Use defensive stance while going into battle/when you are taking damage, and tigers fury when you are fighting (the rest of the time).
