Default Interesting skill for SF

I appologize in advance if this has been posted. I did a search and didn't find anything quite like it so here goes.

I was playing inside Sorrow's for a bit (with all henchies) with my monk. Normally I'd have all my attribute points in Healing and Divine for grouping, extra points in Protection to reduce Rebirth downtime a bit. I thought for fun I'd level my bear pet a bit so I distributed points like so:
Healing -- 11+2
Divine -- 11+2
Beast Mastery -- 8
Protection -- 3+1 (leftover points)
And I used the following skills:
Healing Breeze
Healing Touch
Word of Healing
Mend Ailment
Edge of Extinction
Charm Animal
Rebirth
Vengeance

(Now before you flame the skills choice I was testing Edge of Extinction hence the two rezzes; I figured I'd be bringing back henchies a lot.) Here's the fun part: when any creature dies EoE deals damage to all other creatures in range. I found that in SF it ends up being very powerful. With Beast Mastery of 8, EoE deals 33 damage. Sounds like very little but lets add up the damage.
8 dwarves on screen, one dies. 33 damage to 7 dwarves = 231 damage.
7 dwarves left, one dies. 33 x 6 = 198 damage. 198+231=429
That's a total of 429 damage in about 5 seconds reguardless of armor! EoE lasts for 94 seconds at that level which is more than enough for the entire battle.

So next time you have a ranger with you who has a few points to spare, or that W/R using Tiger's Fury, have 'em bring along an EoE as well. You might like it!

Any constructive comments are welcome and encouraged. Again, don't leave flames about the bad skill choices. Like I said, I just wanted to level my pet.
