I would like the list of missions, or where the chain of missions starts, ends, and new one starts. Please help.

If you're trying the fastest way possible...

1. Get run from Ascalon City to Yak's Bend.
2. Get run from Yak's Bend to Lion's Arch.
3. Get run from Lion's Arch to Temple of Ages.
4. Get run from Temple of Ages to Sanctum Cay.
5. COMPLETE Sanctum Cay mission.

Once you complete the Sanctum Cay mission, you're in Amnoon Oasis, which is in the desert.

Surmia (run from Eastern Frontier)
Nolani Academy
Borlis Pass (run from Yak's Bend)
The Frost Gate
Gates of Kryta (run from Beacon's Perch)

Divinity Coast
The Wilds (run from Druid's Overlook)
Bloodstone Fen
Aurora Glade (run from Ventari's Refuge)
Riverside Province (run from Henge of Denravi)
Sanctum Cay
