Default Murphy's Law

So I'm out capturing some elites in Witman's Folly.

I go after a grawl boss that spawned on the hill that you have to go wayyyyy roundabout to get to. I decide, with henchmen, to just attack him from below with ranged attacks. It works perfectly and as he's dying, I'm thinking of just going back to Port Sledge and re-zoning to get the monk boss to show up.

So he dies, I'm thinking that was easy enough.. and then he decides to drop a gold armor.

*groans*

..and so here I am slogging my way over to his spot anyways

There's more than one way up to that hill, one is very near the entrance to port sledge - you just have to go through a few grawl and a boss. =)

That's the way I went. I just didn't want to have to go through all those grawl.

The Murphy who wrote your laws is kinder than the Murphy that wrote my laws. I'd get a Major Fast Casting from the gold armor.

Yup, or any major rune for that matter. Except for vigor or absorption but even now those two are starting to drop to nothing in value.

Sup. Beast Mastery from a shiverpeak chest, and I was so excited.

Hard to get good runes nowadays, ettins are depleted, maybe Titans are still thriving.

It was won in my auction for 8.2k.

The game got updated.

The price of runes went down.

The next day I delivered it but the trader was selling for wayyyy less than what the auction won at.

I finally sold it for 4.5k.

Bwahahahah.

Ettins aren't even close to depleted. I was doing it for an hour or 2 yesterday and got bugger all, then they started throwing everything they had at me. Sup Absorption and Sup Healing where the best of them, that makes my 2nd Sup Ab in 2 days.... its no wonder the price of them is hitting the deck.

You can always guarantee if your the furthest from a mob or are already starting to head to the next group, something will drop for you.

Anyway back to Ale. 103 minutes ftw

Nah, true Murphys Law would identify it with no Rune at all, just a 'Ettin Pauldron' in gold

140 minutes drunk

'Murphy' was the red dot with a smiley face from the Mac Shareware game 'Infotron'.

You learn something new every day
