Location of Silent Surf
I have looked at the elites for a Ritualist and have discovered Ritual Lord and I have been searching and have found the location. The only problem is the location of Silent Surf itself. I have not found it and all it says is its located in Luxon. So if any of you know the location of Silent Surf please post the location.

It is the explorable to the south of Leviathan Pits which is the outpost you will reach after finishing the Gyala Hatchery mission.

I have been looking south of leviathan Pits but with no luck. I have fought in that place a total of 5 times now and is still not there. Unless I'm just super unlucky.
