Naphui Quarter
How do I become able to do the quest for Naphui Quarter? Do I need to do the Co-Op missions before it? Or Mayhem in the Market?

Once you finish Vizunah you should have as your primary quest something like "Seek out the Oracle." This requires you to go talk to Mhenlo, and then to Nika, and then to go to Nahpui Quarter. Just follow the directions in the quest and your shouldn't have any problems.
