where do you go after you beat the Boreas SeaBed mission ? im stucked at the channel area for lux and Altrumm Ruins for Kurzick. Wheres the next primary quest and how can i get there?

I'm not totally sure because I'm at the same spot, but I think that you need to get to house Du Heltzer, just east of Boreas, and maybe a bit south.

Have you tried picking up the primary quest "City Under Attack" from the Imperial Herald in Zos Shivros Channel, where you end up after completing the Boreas Seabed Mission ?

You may not have noticed, but after you complete a mission, you are taken to a location, where you can pick up a primary quest. Primary quests will either lead to another primary quest or the next mission location.

I can't think of a case where I completed a mission and was not immediately provided with my next primary quest from an NPC in my new outpost.

"City Under Attack" from Zos Shivros will lead you to Maatu Keep and eventually to the next mission, Sunjiang District. After Sunjiang you get to go to either Cavalon or House Zu Helter, by talking to Jamei.
