why does luxon dont serve me
I recently got to the firts luxon city and now they dont want to serve me i dont know why and i have not even decided for a band yet im not kurzik and neither luxon my alliance we are in are luxon but those maniacs dont serve me or is it that i have to do a quest in order to serve me.

Eh? You just need to have more Luxon faction points that Kurziks and they will talk to you. Check your H (and also check the search button).

You have to have at least some Luxon faction before they serve you; if you don't have any faction at all neither side will talk to you.
