Default Tahnnakai Temple Quest Bugged?

I was doing the 'To Tahnnakai Temple' quest on my Ritualist, and it won't go past the part where you meet Nika's guard and defend against the Afflicted. I've done it 2 times now, and both times, I've killed the incoming afflicteds, none of the heroes died, and I've even cleared some of the surrounding groups of afflicted. Can't seem to get the mission to give me my reward

How do you lead Togo back?
He just stands there... all the NPC's just stand around.

I've had this exact same problem.

Sometimes theres a group/mob of Afflicted down in the water that doesn't come up. You need to LURE them up to where Togo and Nika are standing before you kill mob. Then the quest should complete normally. Of course you still have to follow Togo back to the temple.
