Yeah, a guildie and I had the same problem with our warriors. Does anyone else know anymore about getting at the monks construct with melee characters?

Anyone know where to find a list of elite's location? i'm looking for something that have map marker of where the boss spawn and name of the boss. Trying to cap all 95 Elites.....

from the looks of it several people have picked on you for this....but ill pick on you some more. Quickshot was a b****. Maxine Coldstone on Perdition Rock. There are several bosses who can spawn instead, I just know that there are two coldstones, and both wander around the eastern side of perdition rock. Took me many attempts before i finally just decided to solo everything right outside perdition rock and then i just watched a movie and waited for maxine to walk by. took me 3 different spawns and probably about 4-5 hours of total time spent trying to get it....(i was stupid and tried going with a cap group 1-2 times)

I'm sure this isn't news to most, but since the patrol is so big and this boss can be tough to find (whichever one spawns), I just look for random spirits in the area.
If you see a ranger spirit that doesn't seem to belong (no mobs nearby) you know the ranger boss is patrolling.

I guess I must have the two luckiest characters ever... neither my monk nor my ranger had any trouble capturing all their elites in the Ring of Fire. I guess this shows me that I shouldn't generalize my personal experiences to everyone else.
