How does Tyrian Born character got quests and missions in faction
My Tyrian Necro went to Shing Jea island and then Shing Jea Monastery, but found no NPC is giving out the quest. How can my Necro get the quest and then the 2 missions in the Shing Jea Island?

Your necro won't get any quests on the island, and to get into the missions just walk into the mission outpost, no quests needed
|
