Default Can Factions characters do the 15 pts in the Cyrstal desert?

Uh...just like the title says...

Can I head to the desert, via the boat, lions arch, etc...and do the other 15 point attribute quests?

I looked around and couldn't find it on google, nor did I find a thread...

I highly doubt you can, but I'm curious.

The only thing a Tyrian character can do on the island is to explore, that is if you want to gain a Canthan explorer title or something. But then again some part of the island are off limits to Tyrians so you can't map the whole place.

Actually....You can map the place....Characters can do the missions of the other campaign before they come in now (Like Monk and Ranger from Tyria have done Minister Cho's Estate) - they just dont get experience.

But you cannot do the 15 pt quests like said.
