Is it possible to buy, or capture, Dark Chain Lightning as used by the great and mighty Kuunavang in the Unwakaing Waters mission? I've searched and can't find any mention of it anywhere. All I know about it is it is an attack, and not a spell.

Any help is appreciated!

Nope, it's a Kuunavang specific spell. If you're not a big green dragon, you're out of luck

Because that skill, and any other skill which is a Monster-Only skill cannot be capped.

Again, PvP would be reduced to whoever can cast Base Defense faster...
