I've been trying to acquire the item Tarlok's Flagon as described here http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Tarlok%27s_Flagon and is carried by this guy here http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Tarlok_Evermind

So i've gone out and have killed this guy about 100 times and he'll drop stuff on occasion but never a Tarlok's Flagon.

Is there any tactic I can use that will increase the chances of getting this item? I appreciate any advice... PM me in game if you have one to sell.

Are you using hench or actually (1/8) soloing him?

That picture is misleading, it does not look that shiney...i use tarlok's flagon with my 15k hydromancer, and it looks dull and nasty...

but other then that, if you have henchies,they might actually get the drop without you knowing...just think of them as pcs, but you just cant see the items that drop for them or something like that lol
