Default Consulate docks

I'm having problems with the Consulate Docks mission, I'm a lvl 15 P/W who uses henchies and heroes mostly.

Everything usually goes good until I reach the elementalist bosses with meteor... they wipe out my entire party pretty fast.

What should I do?

Bring "Shields Up" either on you or a Hero. It almost completely negates the hardest part of this mission (the bowmen spikers).
