Changing secondary profession??
im at level 20 with a dervish and i really want to be part necro for some blood degen/regen spells i want to know how to change 2ndary proffesion please help me out.

There's a profession changer in the Command Post. You'll get that area following the primary quests.

you'll need to finish the building the command post series of quests to unlock several npcs in there including the profession changer.
