I just tried beating Glint, but she keeps restoring HP. Staying alive isn't hard, but how am I supposed to kill that thing?

I have 7 Henchmen, the Healer, the Protector, the Archer, the Elementalist, the Brawler, the Enchanter and the Cultist.
My character is an Aeromancer. My weapon is an Air Wand, 11-22 Lightning Damage (20% half recharge time of Air spells) and a Storm Artifact, +12 Energy (20% half recharge time of Air spells & 20% half casting time of Air spells).
My skills are:
-Lightning Strike
-Lightning Javelin
-Lightning Orb
-Whirlwind
-Aura of Restoration
-Air Attunement
-Glyph of Lesser Energy
-Rebirth
My casting strategy is start with Air Attunement then Lightning Orb then keep doing the other 2 Lightning spells and when possible using Glyph of Lesser Energy and keeping Air Attunement up.
I know this is probably a newbie skill set but this is what I've always used.=\

Interrupts is the way to go. If you can interrupt her Crystal Hibernation (the healing skill) she will be quite helpless.

I just tried a second time and this time my team was killed in a few minutes. Strange.=s
I'm not sure if I have an attack that is able to interrupt her. She can't be knocked down right? Got any suggestions for interrupting her Crystal Hibernation as Elementalist?
Or would Lightning Javelin be able to interrupt it?

Change secondary to mesmer. No, Lightning Javelin doesn't work.

You know, sometimes, if you want to achieve goals, you might have to change your mindset....

Glint uses the following skills:
- Crystal Haze (causes exhaust)
- Crystal Hibernation (+7 regen and all non-physical damage will heal her)
- Jagged Crystal Skin (all physical damage does 100 damage to nearby people)
- Crystal Bond (remove enchantment and slowdown)

You should make sure that:
- you interrupt Crystal Hibernation (quite possible with some interrupting experience)
- Avoid getting hit by Jagged Crystal Skin

Easiest way is to let all partymembers take elemental weapons.
This will avoid the massive damage from Jagged Crystal Skin.
And you need a interrupt ranger or mesmer for the interrupt of Crystal Hibernation.

If you have a ranger and Necro in the group, have the Necro take Spinal Shivers (with enough points in curses to keep it up al time) and the ranger Winter.
Combined with the surgested elemental weapons, this wil interrupt glint almost any time she uses a skill.
