How to travel to Tyria/Cantha with Dervish/Paragon character?

Anyone remember quests' names, where to get them and what are their requirements?

These are only available after you complete The Time Is Nigh quest.

Speak to Deras Tenderlin in Kamadan to get the Terror in Tyria quest.

Speak to Funwa Shento in Kamadan to get Plague in Cantha quest.

According to Guild Wiki, you can find those people somewhere in Kamadan. If I had to guess, I would look in either the Sun Docks or the Consulate if you can't find them otherwise

To get to tyria or cantha you need to get to the mission consulate docks and maybe comeplete it then you got to kamadan and take the quests terror in tyria and plague in cantha

after you finish Time is Nigh,

the quest givers are in Kamadan, at the dock
(not sundock, not Converatory dock)

you dont need to do the Conservatory dock mission before you get the quests
