Dervish and Paragon Elites Whats and Wheres
There are forms strickly about locations of where to cap i want to start this thread for what they do and if you would offer a location as well that would help. But as i said id like to know what skills are out there and how i can fit them into my build.

You are going to have an easier time finding they information you want, just browsing the Paragon and Dervish campfire forums. There are already threads on what skills do, and there are many MANY threads on builds. Regardless, this isn't the place for this type of thread. Closed.
