My build is:
Dodge (+33% speed)
Zojin's Haste (+33% speed, factions, copy of dodge)
Escape (+25% speed)
Holy veil
A condition remover
Smite hex
Heal Area
Mending

Expertise: 12+1+1 (no superior rune used)
Healing prayers: 12

Weapon: collector staff with +5 mana and +5 armor
Armor: Sentry's (+10 armor while in stance), expertise mask, vigor rune, 3 +2 mana runes

In this way the average speed can be maximized, and you need to keep running and running (Forgotten elementalists and the mesmer boss chase you forever) so mending is important in this one

All you really need for the run is: Stances to stay running fast, Troll, conditon remover, and hex remover. All the extra healing and such...not really.

Get first crystal. The run to priest and then to the ghostly should be easy (no minotaurs should even catch you, and the Precision Shots from the burrowers arent much dmg), you shouldnt even need healing or anything.

Then I run to his 3rd crystal second , guess it really doesnt make much of a difference. Hug the walk to the north sort of (not aggroing any groups you don't need too) going by the top priest there, and over to the left most crystal area, break any aggro before getting there (should be easy), stand infront of the crystal guarding group to heal up or whatever you need. Grab the crystal and while running back instead of running by the priest - visit his area. take care not to aggro anything near the doors going into the dropoff point (notice on his map he goes down alittle - to aviod a patrol there).

For the last crystal, come into the area from the left side like he does there in the map. Theres alot of Ele patrols around here. Go around the hill there and stop before aggroing the crystal gaurding mob (you should have broke any aggro on you). Again use this time to heal up or whatever. Grab the crystal and leave the way you came. A good tip: If the eles are following you out as you exit the left entrance into their "compound" you can drop the crystal as you are leaving to run faster and break their aggro then as they return to their normal patrols, pick up the crystal again and go to the 2nd priest then back up to the safe zone (Its REALLY important to not aggro any of the patrols in the open area and drag them into the safe zone if you plan on stopping to collect fee's from the people you are running. If you do aggro them, immendiently drop crystal and run to break their aggro and pick crystal back up when they go back to their patrol).

Run takes me...usually no more than 6-7 minutes. 8 If I run into trouble.

Two Additional Tips: The Condition Remover is for incase one of the Forgotten Swords Hamstring's you when picking up a crystal (though having escape up when grabbing a crystal means you wont need it most of the time). The hex remover is for if the mesmer boss spawns - He uses that Ethereal Burden slowdown or w/e.
