Default OMG! Is it really that easy now?! O_O

I haven't been playing lately, but is it a WHOLE lot easier to beat all the old missions from Prophecies & Factions now that heros are interrupting gods?

The biggest thing I'm thinking about is Glint. Can you beat her a WHOLE lot easier w/ 3 interrupting heros?

Thanks for any info you can provide.

It was always much easier with henchies than with a PUG to do the bonus for some reason on that mission.... yes henchies not heroes...

Ì just tried Glint with hench/hero team and I killed her

Glint almost killed us for a second, but I ordered 1 of my heroes to back off and she did. After that she ressed all of us and we killed her. Biggest problem is when she uses the skill that gives energy degen and causes exhaustion, my heroes had no energy left for interrupts some times... But luckily Glint doesn't use that skill alot ^^

Well it IS possible...

What is NOT possible is the THK bonus I think (Cause you gotta lit the torches to activate bonus very fast, I don't think it can be done without at least 2 real players)...

Speed buffs? I henched THK bonus with my ranger before the hero system was implement, was too noob (or confident?) at that time to bring any rez on me too... the difficulty is overrated imo

yea, heroes make a lot of the previous missions a lot easier. I got masters on Vizunah Foreign using my tank along with 2 MM heroes.

Ive noticed they seem easier myself. I dont know if its from previous experience or not(if so, Im not consciously aware of it). Even with "appropriate-level" characters, it does seem not as difficult as a year ago, when I started playing.

THK bonus can be henched. It's not necessarily EASY, but I did it with my warrior before heros. You have enough time to light both beacons even without a speed boost, the trick WAS getting henchies to stay away from the Mursaat "reinforcements" that killed the groups coming in.

Once you are in the keep it's boring as hell, flagged heroes and hench near king, went afk, came back clicked the king, got mission and bonus.

I find the mission with the bonus is actually easier than the mission on its own, and its quite true u dont need to speed boast to activate the bonus in time.

Certainly is easier when you make all the heroes /Me and give them one or two interrupts each! Bring on Thunderhead Keep!

I just brought my Dervish to Lion's Arch and needed to get to ToA and Sanctum Cay. I bought a run (because I was lazy) but got disconnected at Bergen Hot Springs after starting out to ToA.

I decided to give it a try with my Heros/henchies. Getting to ToA used to give me fits, and getting through those areas with henchies alone used to seem really tough.

Fog Nightmares, big mobs of Tengus, nothing slowed me down. I don't think my health ever got under 70%. It is much easier, and I got to ToA and Sanctum Cay without even having a henchie die.

My Husband playing a MM with Deadly Swarm, his Heros - one of them Jin with poison pet, and henchies. He beat Glint Kinda made me feel a little sick to my stomach, I've only gotten it right with carefully constructed guild teams before! The last time I tried a pug, we got to Glint and someone asked "Does anyone have interrupts?" Sure you wont be surprised that my W was the only one with skills!

But I am loving the Hero's because I can skill them, and I'm am getting a whole lot of old ignored quests done and playing the game.

Mission is as difficult as it always was.

But remember what you have learned in between.

The first time everyone did it, there were people playing through for the first time. Interrupts, spreading out, prot spirit, all foreign words to them, most with non-max armor, non-max weapons, no runes, ....

This is why skill matters.
