You go to LA, and you read the banner that flashes on your screen when you enter. It'll tell your how to do it, just like getting to Kaineng from Factions.

The thing I don't get, is this is possibly the most common asked NF related question in game. How?

Does no-one else see the HUGE big writing on the screen, when you enter LA (kaineng) that says - To travel to Elona talk to Lionguard Figo at the docks (or Kaineng equivalent)

I guess my game is bugged....:P

Either they are Noobies, or illiterate. Anet put those HUGE hints that flash on the screen to help reduce the "Help me get my character to xxxxx" Spam. Seems even idiots are immune to Anet's help. hehe

...Er, I've never seen that text (not that I had any trouble getting to Elona, mind). Presumably it's linked to either Hints, or Dialogue popups? 'cause I've got both turned off on annoyance grounds.

And does anyone else find it hillariously unfortunate (if fitting) that the OP listed his class combination in his question?

Maybe it is to do with hint pop-ups etc.

But in that case you'd think the OP would have them turned on lol. I might go turn them off, after playing since day one I dont believe I need hints.

And the message does my head in, as my storage monk does NOT want to travel to Cantha or Elona.

sigh.... had this yesterday, someone in the alliance asks "How do I get to Cantha with my nightfall character?". I ask if he has done Consulate Docks, he says he's currently in the town you get after you do that.

I tell him to go to Kamadan..."But how do I get to Cantha then?" ... Did you go to Kamadan?...."No, but how do I get to Cantha???"...........

after much discussion.....he got there.....
