LMAO @ Koss

I burst out laughing when I saw that, my coworkers all know I slack off now. You need to put a NSFW on all such posts!

I feel sorry for whoever snagged Koss's Primeval... oh my gawd.

He looks like he was tar'ed and thrown into a mixture of kitchen apparatus and teal and brown blankets.

I haven't laughed that hard in a while!

Yeah I'd have to say that Koss and Goren's armor got mixed up.. maybe on purpose maybe not.. but both their designs have a similar resemblance to each others other armor if that makes sense..

and Norgu? I'd still like to see his if anyone has it. I think that's the only one missing?

I must say, if Elite Sunspear for warriors looked like Goren's, everyone would look like that O_o

so sad that Anet makes awesome armors then doesn't allow us to use them...

Although i love most of the armour is it me or do that hero armour sets all look very similar (bar a few) especially Morgahn, Zhed and Master of Whispers. I love Tahlkora and Gorens Primeval armours i gotta get them ones haha poor Koss.

As for whos left to see i believe its just Norgu and Dunkoro

Some of those hero armours are so silimar to their starting armour, that there really is no point in getting them.

Howver, yes poor koss, it looks like he has been dressed by a blind ritualist :P

Goren however, has some amazing armour, though it woulda been kool to see him and koss in a version of player primevil armour, would it not?

They totally dropped the ball in designing such pretty armors and then not making them available for players.

Heroes have pre-rendered armour that can't be dyed or mix-'n-'matched. Since it's tailored to a specific individual, they don't have to worry about potential colour mismatches or about scaling (i.e. the hero will always be the same height, unlike PCs who come in multiple sizes).

...So yeah, no suprise that it looks better. In fact, if it didn't look better it'd just be because ANet was being lazy.
Quoted, because apparently some people didn't see it.

Why dont make a non-dyeable armor for players? I miss the point

1st. MUST get margrid's armor.

2nd. What Skyy High is saying does not make since. If they can scale and dye all the armors that are already in game, it would be a simple matter to apply the same code to the armor given for heroes. Therefore, it is really questionable why a-net has gone to the trouble of making hero armor look so nice when the NF character armor is not as impressive.

There IS still a little hope for another armor set for NF that hasn't been released yet, since there is no current use for Diamonds. Perhaps an armor set forged in the Domain of Anguish?

And I totally agree, Melonni's Primeval just blows all other Dervish armor out of the water. Anyone have shots of Dunkuro or Norgu (...ew)...wish the Mesmer hero was female...
