Default Protector Of Cantha for foreign characters.
Ive used the search and I havent found anything on this matter.

Well heres the thing, Im going for the Protector of Cantha title with my Tyrian monk and the title track says i need 13 mission but with all missions i have only 12 of them:

1. Vizunah Square [foreign quarter]
2. Naphui Quarter
3. Tahnakai Temple
4. Arborstone
5. Boreas Seabed
6. Sunjiang District
7. Gyala Hatchery
8. Unwaking Waters [Luxon]
9. Raisu Palace
10. Imperial Sanctum
11. Eternal Grove
12. Unwaking Waters [Kurzick]

I was thinking maybe i need Vizunah Square [local quarter] but Im not sure I can even get in.

Go to Shing Jea Monastery Island
There are 2 missions there (Minister Cho's Estate, Zen Diajun)

the two versions of unwaking waters count only as one, if u complete it for one side u auto complete it for the other side too, if u want any help with any of theses gimme a Pm and ill come join u, i need most of these for atleast 1 char

Go to Kaineng Docks (outside of Marketplace), there's a guy who can take you to Shing Jea Island. Complete the two missions there.

Note: You can do Vizunah local once you beat factions, you just have to run there. My local ele can do foreign now

To get to local just join a group doing 'Mayhem in the Marketplace'. The door will be closed for you but members with the quest will be able to warp you in. Also, I think Mission 9 (I'm guessing Gyala Hatchery) must be done on both the Luxon and Kurzick sides, because they are completely different missions. Something like that anyway (I read it on GuildWiki a few weeks ago but I don't remember everything)

Really? Because when I was doing that quest with my ritualist, my Tyrian friend got kicked when we reached the cine. Unless maybe there was a glitch? O.o This was a couple of weeks ago.

And no, you don't need to do both local/foreign of Vizunah, and you don't need to do both Luxon/Kurzick of Unwaking Waters. Vizunah and Waters are each counted as one mission, and if you do either side you get credit. I remember when I was getting Protector title for my ele, I had to take her through the Kurzick side once I finished the game, and when I arrived in the Kurzick Waters, it already had Masters on it. Plus, there are 13 missions, and if you count Vizunah Local and Vizunah Foreign as separate missions, and Waters Luxon and Waters Kurzick as separate missions, this equals 15.

Marty Silverblade might be talking about Gyala Hatchery and Eternal Grove.

Yeh, both Eternal Grove and Gyala Hatchery are needed to get Protector of Cantha. Sorry about not being too clear as I was still on Noob Island when I wrote that. So, here's a list just to clarify everything:

1) Minister Cho's Estate
2) Zen Daijun
3) Visunah Square (either foreign or local, they count as the same mission)
4) Nahpui Quarter
5) Tahnnakai Temple
6) Arborstone
7) Boreas Seabed
8) Sunjiang District
9) Gyala Hatchery (I list the Luxon mission before the kurzick one because Luxons >>>>>>>> kurzicks (also notice that I capitalise Luxon but not kurzick))
10) Eternal Grove
11) Unwaking Waters (either Luxon or kurzick, counts as the same mission)
12) Raisu Palace
13) Imperial Sanctum
