Has anyone else experienced the bug where if you finish NF with a foreign character without entering the missions on Istan, you are unable to enter them at all afterwards? I'm stuck on my warrior's protector title as a result. Any time someone tries to take me on the missions with them, it says I don't possess a high enough SS rank... I'm a Castellan. XD It was toggled on just in case, but having it displayed changed nothing. Did I miss a switch that will make this all "work" or am I hosed?

You didn't complete one of the required quests. Traveling to Elona or something or one of those.

It's possible to complete all missions, even for a foreign character after beating the storyline.

Like what Antheus Says. You have to finish Sunspears in Tyria or Cantha quests before doing Jonakkur diggings and Blacktide Den.

Except I've already done them both. XD I'm thinking when my battle preparations got messed up opening day it hosed the Istan missions as well.

Have u done the first mission, Chahbek Village? I think you need to do them in order for the first three missions.

You must have completed either of the quests "Sunspears in Kryta" or "Sunspears in Cantha" before you can enter.

Some players who did "Sunspears in Kryta" did not have their quests updated properly when their teammates spoke to Kormir in Lion's Gate;

if you still have that quest in your log, go back to Lion's Gate and talk to Kormir to finish it.

I'm sorry, but it seems none of you are listening to Drax, as he has stated that he's done everything you've told him to do. Anyway, you say you're a Castellan (r8) - could that be it? (I thought they fixed this, but when the game came out, if a foreign character made it to castellan, it prevented them from entering the Istani missions. Please don't tell me they haven't fixed that yet...?)

If you haven't finished Sunspears in Kryta/Cantha, it'll say you're not of a high enough Sunspear rank, regardless of your current rank.

Savio, How can you complete the rest of NF storyline WITHOUT completing that quest?

When you do "Sunspears in Kryta" with other people, one person talks to Kormir to take the party to Elona. It used to not update the quest properly for the rest of the party but still took them to Consulate Docks, where they could get the next primary quest "Battle Preparations". Many people went on their merry way, completing Nightfall but never finishing "Sunspears in Kryta".
