This crap still has not been fixed. Our 8 man group tonight, 1/07/07, got booted ERR 059 while we were rescuing the final prisoner in foundry our 4th and final mission. 15 minutes away from getting 4 Titan Gems at the 10 hour mark to be rewarded with a boot? WTF is that.

ANet going to continue to drop the ball?

Default Same Problem

So [CTU] decided to do a 4 quest run today.

Went through City, Veil and Gloom, were pretty exhausted but decided to do Foundry as well, just because of the 4 Titan Gems at the end.

Managed it all pretty good, had to reset a couple of times, took some afk breaks etc.

WE got to the the last Foundry quest, just protted the last prisoner up and were about rdy to escape with him, when we were all kicket out with error 059.

We just hit the 10 hour mark....it would have taken like 15 more minutes to finish the whole run and get the 4 gems out of the stupid chest....

I dont think i have ever been so frustated about this game, thats so ridiculous....

Thanks anet for steeling our time.... gg...

Yeah unfortunately I didnt see this thread before this happened to me and the CTU guild group, Aside from the gem chests at the end (and 1 very generous teamate feeling sorry), I never got 1 gem drop from a foe so I really had my heart set on the 4 titan gems at the end of foundry only to be biotch slapped with an er59 code. This needs to be addressed.

Can't believe this happened, ERR 059 after working our way to the end of the 4th mission. It was my first time in this area, and I was enjoying myself when we were all booted. I understand now that you are attempting to remove bots, but why penalize legitimate players? If I want to play for 10 hours on a weekend why can't I? I am old enough to decide that for myself! If I can have a child finishing college I think I can decide how long to play a game.

ANet please fix this! Don't penalize us--we are just trying to have fun!

Yeah, I feel for you guys. Boy, was I pissed when I got hit with err59 the first time when we almost got all 4 areas the first time we attempted to do it. But I think Anet believes that all 4 can be done in under 10 hours. However, some people don't have 10 hours of continuously play and afks are inevitable. The 8 hours mark seem to be the time for 4 area with some afks for us atm. But still, having a constant err59 on our head isn't very cool.

Just sit on the toilet with your pants down, playing a laptop with 6 pizzas there, and 6 gallons of water.

That might drop the time better.

wow that has to really suck i remember doing the deep and getting err7s would piss me off and those were no where near as long as 11 hours this would defintly piss me off

and i played for ~9 hours today (between helping my siblings and guildies) and i didn't get err59 or what ever.. so maybe it is 10+ hours kinda stupid if you ask me.. good job for nerfing people who play 10+ hours (and i know a few)

Nice, but for the regular desktop pc users:

1) grab several bottles of drinks, drink them then use the empty one to go when you have to go. Just make sure to drink the right one.
2) have food around, but hey, if you got none, swallowing your saliva will keep you alive until you can get your hand on some food.

As this thread is starting to drift off topic, and deals with a technical issue rather than any actual PvE gameplay... I'm closing it for now.

This topic would have recieved more attention in the Riverside forum.
